Every member of staff is bound by confidentiality and professional ethics. We do not share your medical information with family without your consent, except in an emergency or where the law requires it.
2. Protected by design

3. Kept only as long as needed
Medical records are kept for at least 6 years after discharge (or until age 21 for minors), financial records for 5 years as tax law requires, and CCTV footage for 30 days.
4. Your information, your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its processing, and complain to the Information Regulator. Decisions about you are never made by automated processing alone.
5. Extra care for children
Children's information is processed only with a parent or guardian's consent and only where it is needed for their healthcare, with additional safeguards.
6. Minimal data online
Our website and Wi-Fi collect only non-personal information, such as IP addresses, for security purposes.
